JUL 2024 — Present

Re-platformed the entire SaaS from DigitalOcean to AWS (EC2 + S3), removing weekly outages and giving the team on-demand scaling. Introduced Redis caching and tuned PostgreSQL queries, cutting critical page loads nearly in half. On the UI side, shipped Next.js/Tailwind updates that made the product noticeably faster and cleaner on mobile.

Partnered directly with the client's sustainability lead to turn complex emissions data into an intuitive carbon-footprint calculator SPA. Drove the full front-end build: requirements gathering, UX wire-ups, and React implementation, resulting in a responsive app that helps logistics teams spot and reduce high-emission shipping routes.
